to me location is not about the site layout but where is it (which town, which taman, which road). which in this case doesn't matter as you already sure of buying in that location. what you are refering to is site layout, precinct plan and land form and orientation. very difficult to say from just the site plan. btw your plot size is indeed 18x60 for typical intermediate, it is a small DST (my estimate, probably 18x30 base floor area for the house with about 30 ft porch) and affordable type.  fyi, i normally concerned if a house is next to a road (even auxiliary), what kind of traffic you expecting, is there a perimeter fence. next to shop lot across the road, what kind of business may open there, will there be a lot of people parking their car in front your house to walk to the shoplot, your lot 127 the side of the house is facing west? will it be very hot? how about land form, is there slope, if so how is the slope (if water can flow into your front porch for eg...) so ther...

Taken from Lowyat Forum Klang Valley attracts a lot of high end professionals. Property boost.  If the affordable housing is also connected with population growth...may be good for commercial? What concern me is the secondary market. More incoming lelong / fire sale for VPed houses in the coming years? On a side note. Industrial props ll cont to go north. I believe property will experience price drops or at least a slowdown with the abolishment of the gst and introduction of affordable housing by the new gov.  Also, the previous gov did inflated our currency hence the MYR devalued significantly which caused asset classes like property to gain value. Under pakatan I see the MYR strengthen again which will in turn cause a deflation of asset classes and lowering prices of daily goods as they promised.
